Food served was cold and the meatballs were very hard

The steak was very underwhelming and the service was slow.

They did not attend to us

Wait staff not bothered

So I ordered chai latte and it was milky and I requested them to bring one tea bag so I can have some flavour and also requested to pack it in a take away cup, the waiter got tea bag without thread on it and kept the cup for us to transfer Also there were no tissues on the table

Matcha tasted super watery

They didn’t have what we ordered , I choose another dish they didn’t have it as well. Finally I had to order what I really didn’t want and it turned out blend. Sorry but this is worse than poor.

Service was slow - I paid for my coffee, went to get a cash service and still found it wasnt ready

It took so long to have a waiter n my table. The food as served cold

I asked for the bill and it wasn't brought so after 5mins I went to pay at the cashier myself

Waiters don’t come unless you call them yourself — especially the women. They talk a lot.

Bad customer service

I asked for bill and it took a more than 30minutes to have it brought.

I ordered food, it took almost 15min to be told it is no longer available. I left without eating. I don’t like my time wasted

You need to look into your pricing - no value for money.

Long wait times on the food and bills

One of the waiters snapped his fingers at me just to get my attention to communicate to me in the most disrespectful manner…he was also dismissive when I signaled to him about an order while he was having a political discussion with another of your clients and did not bother to attend to me afterwards …I didn’t get his name but honestly he was so unprofessional and did not represent your branch’s professionalism that I have experienced for the few times I have been there. I had an urgent call to attend to during and right after leaving hence why I didn’t raise the issue with the manager. This disappointed me and since I’ll be there again I’ll be sure to point him out to the manager.

Ordered for chicken semsem but it was not fresh returned it but you people still charged it very unfortunate
